I am a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Operations Management from Great Lakes Institute of Management. These qualifications have strengthened my practical experience with structured approaches to project management, operations, leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, stakeholder management, procurement, and business decision-making.
